There is a minimum two-night stay mid-week during “High Season" and a minimum three-night stay is required in "High Season" for weekends.
In "Tranquil Season" there is a minimum two-night stay for weekends.
The acceptance of a reservation is made with the understanding that the guest is financially responsible for the entire period of time reserved. For all reservations a guarantee of one half the total amount is required at time of booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. We request that checks be received within 5 days of reserving to maintain the reservation. Credit card payments may require an imprint of the actual card upon arrival.
We require cancellation notice 14 days before scheduled arrival for full refund, less $60.00 service charge. If cancellation is less than 14 days, refund less $60.00 service charge is subject to re-rental of accommodations without loss to The Platinum Pebble. For partial cancellation of stays or leaving early, the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days cancelled unless a 14 day notification is given. If multiple rooms are reserved the policy becomes a 30 day cancellation policy and a $60.00 per room fee.
Taxes will be added to our stated rates charged for rooms at the tax rates currently required by the respective governments.

Check in time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please notify the innkeeper if you anticipate arrival after 7:00 PM, so late arrival arrangements may be made.
Check out time is by 11:00 am.
On premises free parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
For the well being of all our guests and to comply with our insurance guidelines, there is no smoking inside any of our two buildings or outside on the property. The Platinum Pebble strictly adheres to this “no smoking” policy. Any guests violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately, and we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $250 should it be determined a guest has smoked in our Inn.
